The UK’S largest event for processing equipment, packaging machinery, industrial robots and machine vision systems is coming up on 26-28 September 2023 in Birmingham. The publication of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) 2020 will have a major impact on how the food industry specifies and installs food processing equipment. In addition, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are impacted in how they design equipment hygienically.
EHEDG Working Group Chair, Dr. John Holah will explain the background to the initiative, the roles and responsibilities of food manufacturers and OEMs.
