The 3-day event and EHEDG China Advanced Training 2026 will take place from March 24 to 26 at the National Dairy Technology Innovation Center in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
This year's program highlight is the global debut of 4 new courses, covering Water Treatment, Air Handling Systems in the Food Industry, Open Cleaning, and Hygienic Design Risk Management. For the Hygienic Design Risk Management course, we have specially invited Dr. Patrick Wouters to teach in China. He will not only bring innovative thinking logic to our traditional Hygienic Design Risk Management course but also provide more insights into key risk management considerations on-site.
The event and training has already received over 120 registrations, including:
