International Tasting Evening

The day concludes with the traditional EHEDG International Tasting Evening, where participants are invited to bring a specialty from their own country and celebrate the diversity of the global EHEDG community.
Participation in the International Tasting Evening is by invitation only.

Following the Annual Plenary Session, members are invited to attend the EHEDG World Congress 2026, featuring two days of keynote presentations, technical sessions, sponsor tours, and scientific poster sessions showcasing the latest developments in hygienic engineering and design.
