I’m arriving by plane
Vienna International Airport is located about 22 km from the Austria Center Vienna. From there you can reach the Congress venue by bus, by a combination of train and subway, or by taxi.
By bus
Duration: 35 minutes
The Vienna Airport Lines take you from Vienna International Airport to the Congress venue.
It departs every hour, from 06:00 to 20:00.
Take line VAB 3 and get off at Kaisermühlen VIC. The venue is a 6-minute walk from this stop.
A one-way ticket costs €11; a return ticket €20 (2025 fees).

By train + subway
Duration: approx. 40 minutes
From Vienna International Airport, take a Railjet train to Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof). Trains run approximately every 30 minutes and the journey takes around 15 minutes.
From Vienna Central Station, take the U1 subway line in the direction of Leopoldau and get off at Kaisermühlen VIC.
The Congress venue is a 6-minute walk from this stop.

Please note: Due to construction works in October, the route via Wien Mitte will not be operating during the Congress.
By taxi
Duration: 20-25 minutes
The official taxi stand is located directly outside the arrivals hall of Terminal 3.
A trip to the Congress venue takes approximately 20-25 minutes and costs beween €30 to €40 (prices may vary).
I’m arriving by train
Duration: 28 minutes
Vienna Central Station (Wien Hbf, located on Am Hbf 1) is the city’s primary international railway hub, where national and most long-distance trains from the neighbouring countries arrive and depart.
From there you can take the subway (line U1) and get off at Kaisermühlen VIC.
The Congress venue is a 6-minute walk from this stop.
I’m arriving by car
To get to the Austria Center Vienna by car, take the A22 motorway and turn off at the Austria Center Vienna/VIC (Vienna International Center) exit.
Alternatively, take the Reichsbrücke bridge or approach from Wagramer Strasse. There is ample private on-site parking in the garage and 18 electric charging stations.
