Hillbrush Hygiene Short Handled Utility Hand Brush
Part of the newly redesigned Hillbrush Hygiene range, our Short-Handled Utility Brush demonstrates how thoughtful design and manufacturing can improve an established cleaning tool. The streamlined body uses material more efficiently while remaining strong, comfortable to handle and suitable for demanding hygiene-critical environments.
Designed and manufactured in-house, the brush brings together Hillbrush’s injection moulding and brushmaking expertise within one purpose-built UK manufacturing facility, giving us greater control over design, material selection, quality, and food-contact compliance.
PLSB60 Ultra-Hygienic Squeegee
Simple by design, highly effective in use. The PLSB60 is Hillbrush’s 600mm ultra-hygienic, single-bladed squeegee, developed to provide effective water removal while minimising unnecessary material and areas where contamination can accumulate.
Its seamless, ultra-flat construction combines a polypropylene body with an over-moulded rubber blade, creating a lightweight, durable, and easy-to-clean tool for hygiene-critical environments. The result is an efficient squeegee that balances hygienic design, cleaning performance, and responsible material use.
From Product Idea to Production – UK Injection Moulding
Our new Condensation Squeegee is more than a new addition to the Hillbrush Hygiene range; it is an example of what we can design and manufacture in-house.
Developed to solve a specific hygiene challenge, the product draws on Hillbrush’s experience in product development, tooling, and plastic injection moulding. The same capabilities used to manufacture our own hygiene products are available to other businesses looking for a trusted UK manufacturing partner.
