Thanks to the fantastic response, the EHEDG World Congress 2026 Congress Dinner is now fully booked.

Congress Dinner tickets are therefore unfortunately no longer available.

More information about the Congress Dinner will be shared with registered dinner attendees soon.

Congress Dinner - Transportation

Bus transportation will be provided between the Congress venue / Hotel Schani UNO City and the Congress Dinner venue at Schönbrunn on Wednesday, 7 October 2026.

Provisional schedule

Outbound transfer

  • Departure from the ACV / Congress venue: 18:00
  • Stop at Hotel Schani UNO City
  • Arrival at Schönbrunn: approximately 19:00, in time for the welcome cocktail.

Return transfer

  • Buses will depart gradually from Schönbrunn between 22:30 and 23:30.
  • Return stops will include ACV / Kaisermühlen and Hotel Schani UNO City.

Final meeting points and transportation details will be provided to participants during Day 1 of the Congress.
