Radiamatic^® HTS II VLT „SmartChange- System“

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is setting new standards in the beverage and food industry with a newly developed clamping ring for particularly quick and easy installation and removal of Radiamatic® HTS II series shaft seals. Thanks to the smart design, a complete disassembly and assembly cycle can be carried out in just a few minutes. The specially adapted geometry of the clamping ring ensures that the seal is held securely in the installation space while at the same time allowing the high-performance sealing element to be removed effortlessly. Another advantage is that the clamping ring remains in the installation space and does not need to be replaced. In addition, the subsequent installation of a new profile ring is extremely easy. The starter kit includes a new clamping ring and a profile ring from the Radiamatic® HTS II portfolio. This means that all single and double lip variants of the HTS II series are available with the new SmartChange-System – including the hygienic design version with a front lip, which enables easy cleaning using standard CIP and SIP processes.
