- 3.5 days hands-on training course
- Day one starts at 1pm
- Subsequent days are full days until 5pm each day
NOTE: The duration of the course has been increased from 3 to 3.5 days, and is starting at 1pm on the Monday. This is in response to comments from every course to date about giving more time for more examples and questions from the floor. One additional module will also be added, focussing on open plant processing, to give more balance between closed and open plant hygiene topics. Additional discussion time has been added for Hygienic Design Risk Assessment as per the GFSI benchmarking.
