The presentation will look at the complexity of effective sanitation in the chocolate industry.   It will focus on why cleaning is required and why it can be a challenge when compared with other industries.  It will then look at the importance of partnering with the Engineering team, the collaboration during projects to install hygienic design as a key process in project management.
